System Overview

The AMR Precision Dosing System automates the entire dosing workflow on production drop lines. Operators load once, the system handles transport, positioning, and precision dosing automatically, then returns carriers to manual recovery mode. It retrofits into existing production lines with minimal disruption, preserving familiar operator workflows while delivering industrial-grade automation.

Load Once

Operator places raw material into a bucket on the carrier tray at the pick-up rack.

Dock & Dose

AMR transports the carrier, docks at the dosing station, and executes closed-loop precision dosing.

Auto Recovery

After dosing completes, the carrier returns to manual free-push mode for recovery.

Precision Dosing Engine

Deep learning algorithms-driven closed-loop dosing engine using compact pneumatic valves and onboard weight sensors, controlled by a PLC for recipe management and real-time shutoff logic.
